Since 1955 the ladies of Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter have served New Castle County through community service, scholarship, sisterhood and other programming under the umbrella of Z-HOPE initiatives; Zetas Helping Other People Excel. We are excited to continue our journey towards Finer Womanhood where new opportunities, challenges and adventures await!
